South Side on Lamar

Opened in 1910 and known as the "Sears Building" for decades , the South Side on Lamar building is registered as a National Historic Landmark and now provides spacious loft living. Building can be seen on the right side of downtown when entering Dallas from south end crossing the Trinity River.
